- CHECK PCV HOSE CONNECTION
Confirm that PCV hose is connected correctly.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES
GO TO 2.
NO
Repair or replace malfunctioning part.
- CHECK INTAKE AIR LEAKAGE
- Start engine and let it idle.
- Listen for an intake air leakage after the mass air flow sensor.
Is intake air leakage detected?
YES
Discover air leakage location and repair.
NO
GO TO 3.
- REPLACE ECM
- Stop engine.
- Replace ECM. Refer to ECM
- Perform additional service when replacing ECM. Refer to Description .
