- CHECK FRP SENSORÂ
WITH CONSULT
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Reconnect harness connector disconnected.
- Start the engine.
- Select "DATA MONITOR" mode with CONSULT.
- Check that the "FUEL PRES SEN V" indication.
Monitor Item Condition Values/Status FUEL PRES SEN V Engine speed: Idle 820 - 1, 220 mV Engine speed: Revving engine from idle to 4, 000 rpm quickly 820 - 3, 060 mV
WITHOUT CONSULT
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Reconnect harness connector disconnected.
- Start the engine.
- Check FRP sensor signal voltage.
+ - Condition Value (Approx.) ECM Connector Terminal Connector Terminal F110 31 F110 40 [Engine is running] - Warm-up condition
- Idle speed
0.82 - 1.22 V [Engine is running] - Warm-up condition
- Revving engine from idle to 4, 000 rpm quickly
0.82 - 3.06 V Is the inspection result normal?Â
YES: INSPECTION END.
NO: Replace FRP sensor. Refer to "EXPLODED VIEW ".
