Transaxle Mounting Bracket
- Remove the engine room under cover
(Refer to Engine and transaxle Assembly - "ENGINE ROOM UNDER COVERΒ ")
- Remove the air cleaner assembly.
(Refer to Engine and transaxle Assembly - "AIR CLEANER ")
- Remove the battery and battery tray.
(Refer to Engine Electrical System - "BATTERY ")
- Install the jack under the transaxle to support.NOTE:
- Put a rubber pad between the transaxle and the jack to prevent damage to the transaxle.
- Remove the service cover (A).
- Remove the transaxle mounting bolts (A).
Tightening torque:Β
107.9 - 127.5 N.m (11.0 - 13.0 kgf.m, 79.6 - 94.0 lb-ft)
NOTE:- Bolt (A) is SEAL LOCK type, so do not reuse it after tightening it once.
- When checking the torque after tightening it, follow the readjustable time. (Epoxy type: within 30 minutes)
- Remove the transaxle mounting bracket (A) after removing the mounting bolts and nut.
Tightening torque:Β
49.0 - 63.7 N.m (5.0 - 6.5 kgf.m, 36.2 - 47.0 lb-ft)
- Install in the reverse order of removal.
