Body Domain Control Unit (BDC): Installation

2024 Hyundai Kona Limited, 4WDSECTION Installation
  1. Install in the reverse order of removal.
    NOTE:
    • When replacing the body domain control unit, perform the procedure below using a diagnostic device.

      (Refer to Body Domain Control Unit - "VARIANT CODINGΒ ")

      (Refer to Smart Key System- "SMART KEY CODE SAVING ")

    • When applying the digital key system, use the diagnostic device to perform the 'IAU-IBU learning', after replacing the body domain control unit.

      (Refer to Digital Key System - "LEARNING METHOD ")

    • When replacing OTA controller, use the diagnostic device to update S/W. (If the S/W update is not complete, OTA update is not possible.)

      (Refer to Security & Vehicle Ignition System - "OVER THE AIR (OTA) ")
