Repair Procedures: Removal

- Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the battery negative (-) cable.
- Remove the knock sensor (A) after loosening the mounting bolt.
Tightening Torque:
18.6 - 23.5 N.m (1.9 - 2.4 kgf.m, 13.7 - 17.3 lb-ft)
- Remove the wiring fixing clip after disconnecting the oil pressure sensor (OPS) connector (A) and engine coolant temperature sensor (ECTS) connector (B).
