- Connect GDS to Data Link Connector (DLC).
- Turn "ON" the ignition switch.
- Perform variant coding in Vehicle S/W Management menu of the GDS. (Fig.4)
- Log in GSW website (http://ccc.hyundai-motor.com/) and then click "VIN Search" at the top center side of the screen.
- Select ESP and fill in VIN number (or body number) correctly, and check ESC code. (Fig.5)
- Fill in the blank with ESC code checked in GSW web site. (Fig.6)
- Check whether current variant code corresponds to the options which are applied to the vehicle.
- Turn "OFF" the ignition switch and wait for about 10 seconds, and then turn "ON" the ignition switch. Go to "VARIANT CODE RESET " Procedure.
NOTE:
When HAC is activated, conduct "longitudinal G sensor Calibration" with GDS. (refer to C128504
)
