  1. IG "OFF" and connect GDS to DLC (Data Link Connector).
  2. Monitor "FTPS" parameter on service data.

  3. Is the "FTPS" parameter on the service data O.K?

    YES 

    • Substitute with a known - good PCM and check for proper operation. If the problem is corrected, replace PCM and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.

    NO 

    • Substitute with a known - good FTPS and check for proper operation. If the problem is corrected, replace FTPS and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
