Monitor GDS Data

■ Actuation Test 

  1. Connect GDS to Data Link Connector (DLC).
  2. Engine "ON".
  3. Monitor the "Main function activation status, HLL position, DBL position" parameter on the GDS.
  4. Check the operation of "DBL position-LH" use Actuation test.
  5. Is parameter displayed within specifications?

    YES 

    • Fault is intermittent caused by poor contact in the sensor's and/or AFLS ECU's connector or was repaired and AFLS ECU memory was not cleared. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage. Repair or replace as necessary and than go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure
