Monitor DTC Status
2017 Hyundai Ioniq ElectricSECTION Monitor DTC Status
- Connect GDS to "DATA LINK CONNECTOR(DLC)".
- IG key "ON", Engine "OFF".
- Select "Diagnostic Trouble Codes(DTC)" with GDS.
- Monitor the diagnostic trouble code and present of the trouble code.
- Erase the DTC and operate the vehicle within DTC Enable conditions in General information.
- Is the DTC displayed again?
YES
- Substitute with a known-good IGPM*, check for proper operation.
→ If problem is corrected, replace IGPM*.
→ Go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
NO
- Go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
NOTE: IGPM : "IGPM" ("GATEWAY" + "IPS CONTROL MODULE") - Substitute with a known-good IGPM*, check for proper operation.
