Removal And Installation
2014 Hyundai Azera LimitedSECTION Removal And Installation
- Disconnect the battery negative terminal.
- Remove the engine cover.
- Disconnect the alternator connector (A) and the cable (B) from the 'B' terminal.
- Remove the drive belt.
(Refer to "DRIVE BELT ")
- Remove the alternator (A).
Tightening torque : 26.5 - 33.3 N.m (2.7 - 3.4 kgf.m, 19.5 - 24.6 lb-ft)
- Installation is reverse order of removal.NOTE: Do not disassemble the Lambda 3.3L engine alternator. The alternator inner parts will not be supplied. If a fault occurs, inspect charging system first. If necessary, replace the alternator assembly.
