- Replace the AVN head unit. (Refer to R-1)

- Replace the steering wheel remote control switch.
- Check the steering wheel remote control connector specification (Refer to "Inspection ")
- R-4: Replace the external amplifier
- R-5: Check the external amplifier power cable
- R-6: Check the external amplifier CAN interface
- Remove the AVN head Unit.
- Remove the external amplifier
- Check the specified condition of terminal.
