Monitor GDS Data

  1. Connect GDS to Data Link Connector(DLC)
  2. Engine "ON".
  3. Warm up the engine to normal operating temperature.
  4. Monitor diagnostic trouble code and present of trouble code.
  5. Does P1831 and P1832 set together?

    YESΒ 

    • After clearing DTC, check front and rear wheel sensor's data based on a vehicle status.
    • Check tire installation and its slip.

    NOΒ 

    • Substitute with a known-good "4WD ECU" and check for proper operation. If the problem is corrected, replace "4WD ECU" and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIRΒ " procedure.
    • Check 4WD ECU connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage. Repair or replace as necessary and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIRΒ " procedure.
