Inspect suspension mounting bolts for looseness or damage at mileage interval or every 12 months, whichever comes first.
Steering
Inspect steering gear box and linkage for looseness, and linkage boots for deterioration, cracks or damage at mileage interval or every 12 months, whichever comes first. Inspect more frequently under driving conditions C, D, E, F, G, H and I.
Refrigerant
Inspect air conditioning lines and connections for leakage and damage. Check air conditioning performance according to relevant shop manual if necessary at mileage interval or every 12 months, whichever comes first.
Exhaust System
Inspect the exhaust pipe, muffler and hangers for deterioration, cracks and proper functioning at mileage interval or every 12 months, whichever comes first.
Emission Control Systems
Inspect for loose, cracked, or broken vacuum lines at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever comes first.
Drive/Propeller Shaft
Inspect propeller shaft at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever comes first under conditions C and E.
Drive Belt
Inspect for damage, excessive wear, and proper tension. Replace, if necessary. Perform initially at mileage interval or at the first 48 months, whichever comes first. Thereafter, perform every 15,000 miles or every 12 months, whichever comes first.
Disc Brake System
Inspect brake pads, calipers and rotors at mileage interval or every 12 months, whichever comes first. Inspect more frequentlly under driving conditions C, D, G and H.
Constant Velocity Joint
Inspect drive shaft and boots for wear, deterioration and damage at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever comes first under driving conditions C, D, E, F, G, H, I and J.
Brake Hose/Line
Inspect brake lines, hoses and connections for proper installation, chafing, cracks, deterioration and any leakage at mileage interval or every 12 months, whichever comes first.
Brake Fluid
Inspect at mileage interval or every 12 months, whichever comes first.
Battery
Inspect battery condition at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever comes first.
Ball Joint
Inspect lower arm ball joints at mileage interval or every 12 months, whichever comes first. Inspect more frequently under driving conditions C, D, E, F, G, H and I
Air Filter Element
Inspect air filter at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever occurs first.
Replace
Oil Filter, Engine
Perform at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever comes first under driving conditions A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I and K.
Fluid - Transfer Case
Replace at mileage interval under conditions C, D, E, G, H, I and J.
Fluid - Differential
Replace at mileage interval under conditions C, D, E, G, H, I and J.
Engine Oil

Cabin Air Filter / Purifier
Replace air filter for evaporator-blower unit at mileage interval or every 12 months, whichever comes first. Replace more frequently under driving conditions C and E.
