2013 Hyundai Equus UltimateSECTION Component Inspection
  • Headrest Motor Check 
    1. Connect scantool.
    2. IG "ON" & ENG "OFF".
    3. Select "Actuation Test" mode.
    4. Execute "Seat Headrest Motor (UP, DOWN)" test.

      Specification  : Turned to pressed direction

    5. Is motor working normal?

      YES 

      NO 

      • Go to next procedure.
  • Check switch 
    1. IG "ON" & ENG "OFF".
    2. After connect GDS, select "Current Date" menu.
    3. Check whether "Headrest Switch" is turned to "ON" when the control switch is pressed (UP, DOWN).

      Specification  : Service data is switched. (ON ↔ OFF)
