Repair procedures: Removal
2011 Hyundai Santa Fe GLS, 3.5 G, AWDSECTION Removal

- Remove the center console assembly. (Refer to "Interior ".)
- Disconnect sports mode connector (A).
- Take off the clip (A) and the clamp (B) and then remove the shift cable (C).
- Remove the shift lever assembly (B) by removing the four bolts (A).
Tightening torque:Β
8.8 ~ 13.7 N.m (0.9 ~ 1.4 kgf.m, 6.5 ~ 10.1 lb-ft)
- Remove the nut connected with manual lever on the automatic transaxle assembly and a clip.
- Remove the shift cable assembly in the vehicle after removing the nuts (B) and the retainer (A).
Tightening torque:Β
7.8 ~ 11.8 N.m (0.8 ~ 1.2 kgf.m, 5.8~8.7 lb-ft)
