2011 Hyundai Accent GLS, AutomaticSECTION Component Inspection
  1. A/C relay check
    1. Key "OFF".
    2. Disconnect A/C relay.
    3. Measure the resistance between terminal 1 and 2 of A/C relay component side.
    4. Measure the resistance between terminal 3 and 5 of A/C relay component side.
      1. Specification:
        TERMINAL SPECIFICATION CHART

        Terminal Power Approval
        1 ~ 2 NO
        3 ~ 5 YES (Approx. 70 Ω ~ 120 Ω)

    5. Is the measured resistance within specifications?

      YES 

      1. Substitute with a known - good ECM and check for proper operation.

        If the problem is corrected, replace ECM and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.

      NO 

      1. Substitute with a known - good A/C relay and check for proper operation.

        If the problem is corrected, replace A/C relay and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
