NOTE:
- When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
- Take care not to scratch the surface the tailgate glass.
- Wear gloves to protect hands from injury.
- Remove the following items.
- Rear wiper assembly (A) (See REAR WIPER/WASHER ).
- Tailgate lifter (B) (See LIFTER REPLACEMENTΒ ).
- High stop lamp (C) (Reference not available).
- After loosening the mounting bolts remove the tailgate glass (D).
