Front Washer Motor: Removal
2009 Hyundai Tucson Limited, 2.0 BSECTION Removal
CAUTION:
- When servicing washer pump, be careful not to damage the washer pump seal.
- Do not operate the washer pump before filling the washer reservoir. Failure to do so could result in premature pump failure.
- Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
- Remove the front bumper cover.
(see FRONT BUMPER )
- Remove the washer hose and the washer motor connector.
- Remove the washer reservoir after removing 2 bolts.
- Installation is the reverse of removal.NOTE: Before installing the pump motor, check the filter for foreign material or contamination. If necessary, clean the filter before putting into pump motor.
