Intake Manifold: Installation
2009 Hyundai Sonata SE, 3.3 FSECTION Installation

- Install the intake manifold (A).
Tightening torque :Β
18.6 ~ 23.5N.m (1.9 ~ 2.4kgf.m,13.7 ~ 17.4lb-ft)
- Install the oil level gauge.
- Install the intake manifold stay (B) and then install the sensor connectors (A).
Tightening torque:Β
18.6 ~ 23.5N.m (1.9 ~ 2.4kgf.m,13.7 ~ 17.4lb-ft)
- Install the PCV hose (A).
- Install the coolant hose (A) to the throttle body.
- Connect the brake booster vacuum hose (D), PCSV hose (C), fuel hose (B) and CMP sensor connector (A).
- Connect the VCM connector (A).
- Connect the ETC connector (A) and MAP sensor connector (B).
- Connect the injector connectors (A).
- Connect the VIS connector (A), OPS connector (B), knock sensor connector (C) and A/C switch connector (D).
- Install the air cleaner assembly (C) then connect the breather hose (A), ECM connector (B).
Tightening torque:Β
7.8 ~ 11.8N.m (0.8 ~ 1.2kgf.m, 5.8 ~ 8.7lb-ft)
- Install the engine cover (A).
