Power Supply Circuit Inspection

2005 Hyundai Santa Fe GLS, 2.7 D, AWDSECTION Power Supply Circuit Inspection
  1. Ignition "OFF"
  2. Disconnect HO2S connector.
  3. Ignition "ON" & Engine "OFF".
  4. Measure voltage between terminal 3 of the HO2S heater harness connector and chassis ground.

    Specification: Approx. B+

  5. Is voltage within the specification?

    YESΒ 

    NOΒ 

    • Check for an open in the power circuit between the main relay and the HO2S.
    • Especially check for "20A ECU #2 fuse" is installed and not blown.
    • Repair as necessary and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIRΒ " procedure.
