Release Handle Replacement

2005 Hyundai Elantra GLS, 4D Hatchback, AutomaticSECTION Release Handle Replacement
  1. Remove the cover (A).

  2. Loosen the release handle (A), mounting bolt. Disconnect the release cable (B), then remove the release handle.

  3. Installation is the reverse of removal.
    NOTE:
    • Make sure the release cable is connected properly.
    • Make sure the fuel filler door/trunk lid open properly.
