Power Supply Circuit Inspection
2003 Hyundai XG350 LSECTION Power Supply Circuit Inspection
- Ignition "OFF".
- Disconnect MAP sensor connector.
- Ignition "ON" & Engine "OFF".
- Measure voltage between terminal "2" of the MAP sensor harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification: Approx. 5V
- Is the measured voltage within specifications?
YES
- Go to "SIGNAL CIRCUIT INSPECTION " procedure.
NO
- Check for an open or short to ground in harness between the PCM and the MAP sensor.
- Repair or replace as necessary and then, go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
