Power Circuits
Turn ignition on. Check for battery voltage at PCM/ECM power terminals. See PCM/ECM POWER TERMINAL IDENTIFICATION table. If battery voltage is not present, check operation of engine control relay. See appropriate ECM CONTROL RELAY under RELAYS .

When to See a Mechanic
