System Interaction
Sensor continuity test is run only when vehicle velocity is zero MPH and at least 2 of the 4 channels have no signal for 5 seconds. A fault is set when ABS ECU detects a lack of continuity in any wheel speed sensor circuit. ABS warning light comes on immediately.

When to See a Mechanic
