Disassembly & Reassembly

- Disassemble as shown. See Fig 1 . Check cylinder bore and piston for rust or scars. Replace master cylinder assembly if cylinder-to-piston clearance exceeds .006" (.15 mm).
- To reassemble, apply brake fluid to inner surfaces and piston assembly. Reverse disassembly procedure.
