Disassembly & Reassembly

1994 Hyundai Scoupe Base, AutomaticSECTION Disassembly & Reassembly
  1. Disassemble as shown. See Fig 1 . Check cylinder bore and piston for rust or scars. Replace master cylinder assembly if cylinder-to-piston clearance exceeds .006" (.15 mm).
  2. To reassemble, apply brake fluid to inner surfaces and piston assembly. Reverse disassembly procedure.
