1. Operate the motor at low speed.
2. Stop motor operation anywhere except at the Off position by disconnecting terminal 5, Fig. 3.
3. Connect terminal 5 and 6 by a jumper wire.
4. Connect the positive lead from battery to terminal 1. Check that motor stops running at the Off position after the motor operates again.
