Fig. 1 Adjusting Neutral Start (Inhibitor) Switch:
1. Place manual control lever in Neutral position, then remove control lever retainer and control lever.
2. Disconnect electrical harness, then remove switch retaining bolts and switch assembly.
3. Reverse procedure to install, then adjust switch as follows:
a. With manual control lever in Neutral position, turn switch body until wide end (A) of control lever, Fig. 1, overlaps switch body flange.
b. Hold switch body in position, then torque retaining bolts to 8 ft. lbs.
