Power Steering Oil Pressure Switch Location:
PURPOSE
This switch is used to provide a signal to the ECU with power steering load information to be used in determining idle speed control. When pump output pressure exceeds a preset level, the switch closes, completing the circuit to ground.
LOCATION
Mounted on the high pressure side of the pump.
