Clutch Pedal: Scoupe

  1. Measure pedal height from top of pedal to floorboard. Pedal height should be 7" (178 mm). If pedal height is incorrect or pedal free play is not .04-.12" (1-3 mm), loosen lock nut, and then turn and adjust pedal adjusting bolt on pedal support bracket.
  2. When clutch pedal is adjusted properly and clutch pedal is fully depressed, distance between top center of clutch pedal and floorboard should be 1.57" (40 mm). If pedal height is not as specified after adjustment, check for air in hydraulic system or faulty clutch or slave cylinder.
