DTC P0441  : EVAP System Purge Flow Malfunction

NOTE: 

  • Before you troubleshoot, review the general troubleshooting information .
  • If DTC P0441 is indicated alone, do the troubleshooting for DTC P04DF and P04F1 using the freeze data for P0441.
  • If DTC P04F1 and P0441 are stored at the same time, check for a poor connection, a blockage, or damage at the EVAP canister purge line between the EVAP canister purge valve and the EVAP canister. Also check for a stuck closed EVAP canister purge valve.
  • If any of the DTCs listed below are indicated at the same time as DTC P0441, troubleshoot those DTCs first, then recheck for P0441.

  1. DTC check

    -1. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.

    -2. Check for Pending or Confirmed DTCs with the HDS.

    Are DTC P04DF or P04F1 and P0441 indicated at the same time?

    YES 

    Go to the indicated DTC's troubleshooting.

    NO 

    Go to the troubleshooting for DTC P04DF  and DTC P04F1 .
