Driving Support DTC Troubleshooting Index (2017 2018 2019 2020 2021)
NOTE:
- The DTC troubleshooting index shows DTCs that is stored in the integrated driver support system. Each function of the integrated driver support system operates differently according to which DTC is stored. The functions of the integrated driver support system that operate in condition when these DTCs are stored can be confirmed with the table below:
X: Indicator ON, and operation stop
O: Operation stop
Δ: Indicator blink, and operation stop
- For the multipurpose camera unit, different indicators may be lit for the same DTCs depending on which functions are in operation at the time of DTC stores. Make sure to check following DTCs with asterisks before Troubleshoot them.
NOTE: For details on the functions of indicator, and operation stop, refer to "How to Troubleshooting Information."

When to See a Mechanic
Stop DIY work and contact a certified mechanic immediately if any of the following apply:
- • You smell fuel, burning insulation, or see smoke.
- • Brakes feel soft, pull hard to one side, or make grinding noises.
- • The engine overheats, stalls repeatedly, or misfires under load.
- • You are missing required tools, torque specs, or safe lifting equipment.
- • You are not confident in the next step or safety outcome.
