VSA Sensor Neutral Position Memorization: Procedure

NOTE:Β 

  • The VSA sensor neutral position must be learned whenever you do any of these actions:
    • -

      Update or replace the VSA modulator-control unit.

    • -

      Update or replace the SRS unit.

    • -

      Remove the steering wheel.

    • -

      Disconnect the steering joint.

    • -

      Wheel alignment adjustment.

  • Before doing the memorization procedure, park the vehicle on a flat and level surface.
  • After doing the VSA sensor neutral position memorization, do the related procedure(s).
  1. HDS - Connect
  2. VSA Sensor Neutral Position - Memorize
    NOTE:Β  Do not press the brake pedal during this procedure.

    1. Set the steering wheel in the straight ahead position.

    2. Select the ADJUSTMENT from the ABS/TCS/VSA menu with the HDS, then select ALL SENSOR, and follow the screen prompts.
