Audio System DTC: 2607 (Audio System) (2024 2025)

NOTE:Β
- If the audio unit indicates NG in the SXM Antenna diagnosis (the XM ANT icon is red in the System Links), the audio unit determines an abnormality and stores the DTC.
- Check the vehicle 12 volt battery condition first - Refer to: Check the vehicle 12 volt battery condition first .
- Before you troubleshoot, make sure to follow the General Troubleshooting Information - Refer to: HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT THE AUDIO SYSTEM .
- Check the connectors for poor connections or loose terminals.
- Troubleshoot the following DTCs first, if stored at the same time.
- Audio Unit: DTC 1702
- Problem verification
-1. Clear the hard error codes - Refer to: HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT THE AUDIO SYSTEM .
-2. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode then the ON mode.
-3. Check for hard error codes - Refer to: HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT THE AUDIO SYSTEM .
Is DTC 2607 indicated?
YESΒ
Replace the audio unit - Refer to: AUDIO UNIT REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION (2024 2025) .
NOΒ
Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time.
