Do the cruise control combination switch test Service and Repair.
Do the cruise control input test Cruise Control (ECM/PCM) Input Test.
Test the cancel switch signal input.
Also check for
Open circuit, loose or disconnected terminals: GRY, LT GRN or LT BLU, GRY wire
