DTC B2005: Left Power Sliding Door Control Unit Lost Communication with MICU
- Clear the DTCs with the HDS.
- Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0), and then back to ON (II).
- Check for DTCs with the HDS.
Is DTC B2005 indicated?
YES - Go to step 4.
NO - Intermittent failure. The left power sliding door system is OK at this time. Check for loose or poor connections at the left power sliding door control unit connector, and at the MICU connector.
- Check for DTCs with the HDS.
Are DTCs B1055, B1106, B1157, B1255, B1355, B1556, B1806, B1955, and/or B2055 also indicated?
YES - Go to step 7.
NO - Go to step 5.
- Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0).
- Do the left power sliding door control unit input test (see
CONTROL UNIT INPUT TEST ).
Is the input test OK?
YES - Replace the left power sliding door control unit.
NO - Refer to the LEFT POWER SLIDING DOOR CONTROL UNIT INPUT TEST and correct the cause.
- Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0).
- Do the MICU input test (see
MICU INPUT TEST
).
Is the input test OK?
YES - Faulty MICU, replace the driver's under-dash fuse/relay box.
NO - Refer to the MICU input test and correct the cause.
