2007 Honda Ridgeline RTSSECTION Carpet Replacement

Special Tools Required 

KTC trim tool set SOJATP2014 *

NOTE:
  • Put on gloves to protect your hands.
  • Use the appropriate tool from the KTC trim tool set to avoid damage when prying components.
  • Take care not to damage, wrinkle or twist the carpet.
  • Be careful not to damage the dashboard and other interior trim pieces.
  1. Remove these items:
  2. Detach the hooks (A), then remove the footrest plate (B).

  3. Remove the nut (A), and using a 6 mm socket wrench, release the clip (B), then remove the footrest (C).

  4. Remove the carpet (A).
    • 1 Remove the clips.
    • 2 Pull back the rear passenger's area of the carpet.
    • 3 Pull back the carpet from under the dashboard.
    • 4 Pull both seat wire harnesses (B) out through the slit in the carpet.

  5. If necessary, remove the screw, then remove the tie-down hook (A) from each side.

  6. Install the carpet in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:
    • Take care not to damage, wrinkle or twist the carpet.
    • Replace any damaged clips.
    • Slip the seat harnesses through the slit in the carpet correctly.
    • Push the clips into place securely.
