EGR Valve Replacement

2006 Honda Ridgeline RTLSECTION EGR Valve Replacement
  1. Remove the intake manifold cover (see step 1 on REMOVAL ).
  2. Disconnect the EGR valve 6P connector (A).

  3. Remove the EGR valve (B).
  4. Install the valve in the reverse order of removal with a new gasket (C).
  5. Install the intake manifold cover (see step 10 on INSTALLATION ).
