Rocker Arm Oil Control Valve (VTEC Solenoid Valve) Removal/Installation

2006 Honda Element EX, 2.4 YH1, StandardSECTION Rocker Arm Oil Control Valve (VTEC Solenoid Valve) Removal/Installation

Disconnect the rocker arm oil control solenoid (VTEC solenoid valve) connector, the rocker arm oil pressure switch (VTEC oil pressure switch) connector and the bolts (A).

Remove the cover (B), and the rocker arm oil control solenoid (VTEC solenoid valve) assembly (C).
Install the valve in the reverse order of removal with a new solenoid valve filter (D).
