Oil Pressure Switch Replacement
1. Remove the engine undercover and the splash shield.
2. Remove the A/C condenser fan shroud assembly.
3. Remove the A/C compressor without disconnecting the A/C hoses.

NOTE: Hang the A/C compressor with a rope.

4. Disconnect the oil pressure switch connector (A), then remove the oil pressure switch (B).





5. Remove any old liquid gasket from the switch and the switch mounting hole.
6. Apply a very small amount of liquid gasket to the oil pressure switch threads, then install the oil pressure switch.

NOTE: Using too much liquid gasket may cause liquid gasket to enter the oil passage or the end of the new oil pressure switch.

7. Loosely install the compressor mounting bolts and the compressor through bolt in the numbered sequence shown. Failure to follow this sequence may reduce the life of the drive.
8. Install the A/C condenser fan shroud assembly.
9. Install the splash shield and the engine undercover.
