Regenerative Control Cooperation
When the driver decelerates or stops by pressing the brake pedal, the servo unit communicates with the PCM to control the balance between the regenerative control and the normal brake system.
In this case, the brake pedal reaction force is the same as a conventional brake system, and the driver is unaware of these controls.
