Field Windings Test

2001 Honda Odyssey LXSECTION Field Windings Test
  1. Check continuity between brushes of field winding in armature housing. Continuity should exist. If continuity does not exist, replace field winding/armature housing assembly. See Fig 1.
  2. Check continuity between each brush and armature housing (ground). Continuity should not exist. If continuity exists, replace field winding/armature housing assembly.
