Cold (Fast) Idle Adjustment

1985 Honda Accord SEi, StandardSECTION Cold (Fast) Idle Adjustment
  1. With engine at normal operating temperature, connect tachometer to engine. Disconnect and plug inside vacuum hose to fast idle unloader.
  2. With engine off, open and close throttle while holding choke valve closed to engage fast idle cam. Start engine, run 1 minute, and check idle RPM. If not within specifications, adjust by turning fast idle screw.
