Repair Procedures: Removal

2021 Genesis GV80 2.5T Advanced, AWDSECTION Removal

  1. Switch "OFF" the ignition and disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the Integrated Body Control (IBU).

    (Refer to Body Electrical System - "REPAIR PROCEDURES ")

  3. Remove the main crash pad assembly.

    (Refer to Body - "MAIN CRASH PAD ASSEMBLY ")

  4. Disconnect the DC DC converter connector (A).
  5. Loosen the DC DC converter mounting nut (B) and then remove the DC DC converter.

  1. Switch "OFF" the ignition and disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the luggage side trim [LH].

    (Refer to Body - "LUGGAGE SIDE TRIM ")

  3. Disconnect the DC DC converter connector (A).
  4. Loosen the DC DC converter mounting nut (B) and then remove the DC DC converter.
