Repair Procedures: Replacement

2021 Genesis G80 2.5T Advanced, AWDSECTION Replacement
CAUTION:
  • Put on gloves to prevent hand injuries.
  • When removing with a flat-tip screwdriver or remover, wrap protective tape around the tools to prevent damage to components.
  • Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.
  1. Open the glove box (A).

  2. Using a remover, remove the lock pin and then remove the air damper (A).

  3. Pull out the both sides stopper (A) from the glove box.

  4. Remove the lock pins (A) and then remove the glove box (B).

  5. Install in the reverse order of removal.

    Information 

    • Make sure the connector is connected properly.
    • Replace any damage clips.
