Check The Switch Power

2020 Genesis G90 3.3T Premium, AWDSECTION Check The Switch Power
  1. IG Key "OFF".
  2. Disconnect BSD Switch connector.
  3. IGN "ON".
  4. Measure voltage between battery power terminal of BSD switch harness connector and chassis ground.

    Specification:Β  B+

  5. Is the measured voltage within specifications?

    YESΒ 

    • Go to next procedure.

    NOΒ 

    • Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage.
    • Substitute with a known-good BSD ECU (LH) and check for proper operation. If the problem is corrected, replace BSD ECU (LH) and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIRΒ " procedure.
