Test or replace the remote control batteries before performing the circuit/system verification.
- Verify no DTCs are present.
- If any DTCs are present
Refer to Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) List - Vehicle .
- If no DTCs are present

- Ignition ON, rear seat entertainment system ON.
- Verify that all remote control buttons operate and perform the correct function.
- If some, but not all, controls operate.
Replace the remote control.
- If all controls are inoperative.
- Replace the P22A Video Display- 2nd Row. Ignition ON, rear seat entertainment system ON.
- Verify that all remote control buttons operate and perform the correct function.
- If some, but not all, controls operate, replace the remote control.
- If all controls are inoperative, replace the A33 Media Disc Player.
- If all controls operate and perform the correct function.
- All OK.
- If all controls operate and perform the correct function.
- If some, but not all, controls operate.
- All OK.
