The steering wheel is shown removed for clarity only. It is NOT necessary to remove the steering wheel to perform the theft deterrent module replacement procedure.

2 Theft Deterrent Module

Procedure

  1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
  2. Release the retaining tabs and remove the theft deterrent module from the ignition lock cylinder case.
  3. Perform the necessary programming and setup procedure:Control Module References
