Installation Procedure

2013 GMC RV Cutaway 4.8L Eng VIN ASECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Install the lower mode door (1) to the inner heater case (2).
  2. Install the outer heater case.
    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Install the heater case retaining screws and tighten to 1.9 N.m (17 lb in).

  4. Install the linkage to the lower mode actuator (2).
  5. Install the lower mode actuator (2) to the heater assembly.
  6. Connect the vacuum hose to the lower mode actuator (2).
  7. Install the instrument panel carrier. Refer to Instrument Panel Carrier Replacement .
