Removal Procedure

2013 GMC RV Cutaway 4.8L Eng VIN ASECTION Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the I/P carrier. Refer to Instrument Panel Carrier Replacement .
  2. Remove the heater assembly cover retaining screws.
  3. Remove the heater assembly cover.
  4. Fig 1: Vacuum Hose And Defrost Actuator

  5. Disconnect the vacuum hose (1) from the defrost actuator (2).
  6. Depress the clip and remove the defrost actuator (2) from the heater assembly.

  8. Remove the defroster door (2) door from the heater assembly (1).
