Removal Procedure
2011 GMC Yukon Base, 5.3 0, RWDSECTION Removal Procedure
- Remove the inflatable restraint steering wheel module coil. Refer to Steering Wheel Airbag Coil Replacement .
- Remove the ignition/start switch. Refer to Ignition and Start Switch Replacement .
- Disconnect the park lock cable from the ignition lock cylinder case.
- Disconnect the passlock and key buzzer from the ignition lock cylinder case.
- Remove the 3 ignition lock cylinder case screws (2).
- Remove the ignition lock cylinder case (1) from the vehicle.
